If you just like to enter giveaways, you can subscribe to their feed, and have current contests from your favorite blogs show up right in your email.
If you are a blog that hosts giveaways, I find that Prizey does a great job of getting the message out to interested folks, so that they can find your blog and enter! Listings are free. If you want to go the extra mile, you can put up a Premium listing, with a photo of the prize, by earning points on Prizey or paying a small fee ($5).
